There is an initial cleanup fee for the cleanup work, if applicable, and a monthly ongoing bookkeeping fee thereafter. Payments are processed on a monthly basis.

Yes. Additional services outside the stated scope may incur extra charges.

Monthly service includes financial transaction management, reconciliations, and reporting. It does not cover legal advice, tax preparation, or auditing.

Our liability is limited to the most recent monthly service fee and is subject to any limits described in the terms. This limit applies to actions within one year after service completion.
